The cost of (1) is the addition of the Tribute Summon right, and there is a designation for the discarded card, but any card can be put out.
However, as it has already been said, after discarding a specific card, you can put out a monster that Tribute Summons him from your hand.
The effect of (2) is Link Monster bounce through battle.
Even though it doesn't target a bounce, it's nothing more than a combat removal, and since it's only once per turn, there's no point in duplicating it, so there's little need to rely on it to remove links.
On the return turn, it's like getting hit by something other than Link and taking a lot of damage, so it's mostly disguised as a Link material or Link.
It's not like I'm doing anything that strong, but I get the impression that it's difficult to use because it's troublesome to activate.
However, since there are parts that shine with World Legacy and Dark Machine, it is evaluated a little higher.
