The effect of 1 is a slightly plain pump-up effect. If anything, it seems to be used for the purpose of driving into GY in order to connect to the effect of 2.
The effect of 2 is pretty loose as it doesn't matter how you send vanilla to her GY.
I want to connect to a Link Monster that requires a dragon as a cost or material for redame.
FIRE Defense power 200, so it can withstand explosions.
