Sky Striker Ace Field Spell

I think it's great that the effect of (1) allows you to simulate a "Sky Striker" card. I need a card to send to GY, but I think it's fine to chain it to the set "Sky Striker" Quick-Play Spell.
With the effect of (2), I think it's good to be able to recruit "Sky Striker Ace - Ray" regardless of which player removes it.
