It is a resurrection card of Equip Spell, which is the adjusted version of 《Premature Burial》.
The resurrection target is limited to monsters below the level of the monster that was used as the hand cost, and the name Turn 1 is set, and the disadvantage that the effect of the equipped monster is negate has been added.
It has fewer disadvantages against equipped monsters than Living Fossil, and it doesn't have as strong a habit as that one, but the cost to activate it is a pain, and unlike Living Fossil, the resurrection target is not stable, and you can't even activate it depending on your hand. Therefore, as a result, it has become a card that is less used than that one.
On the other hand, it is superior to Living Fossil in that it can revive monsters of level 5 or higher depending on the cost monster, and that even if this card leaves the field by self-bouncing or sending it to GY, the equipped monster will not self-destruct. It beats Premature Burial in that it can Special Summon even in Defense Position and that the equipped monster does not self-destruct even if this card is destroyed.
If you choose a revived monster that has the ability to bounce with a card on the field at a cost like Falcon, it will be easy to reuse, and by self-bouncing, the effect of the revived monster will be restored.
Since he is level 10, this card is highly suitable for the cost, and his Eldlich, who has his GY effect that activates by sending her Spell Trap card on the field to his GY, is perfect, including the illustration. It can be said that it is a great synergy.
The resurrected monster can also attack and I think it's a card that can be used. On the contrary, if you don't use it, it seems difficult to give priority to Living Fossil.

The hand cost must always be a monster, and due to the effect, level 12 cannot be revived and equipping it will negate the monster effect, so it's overkill.
It works well with the upcoming 《Eldlich the Golden Lord》, Eldlich can revive level 9 and below at a high cost of level 10, and he can also salvage himself by sending his Spell/Trap on the field to his GY. Since you can, you can remove this card to remove its negative effect.
The tomb in the illustration is golden and gorgeous, so he doesn't feel out of place when Eldlich is buried.

Well, it's true that the original story of this was overdone... or rather, it was too loose.
Since it refers to the level, only cards with a level can be revived, and if it is negate and the hand cost is required, and quality is also required, it has a little peculiarity as a simple resurrection card.
I would like to operate after carefully considering the synergy aspect.
Of course, the hand cost can be used as GY fertilizer, but the fact that it is negate can be used to revive demerit attackers. There are many things I do, so I don't have to worry about resuscitation targets.
In any case, the habit is strong, and the deck that can be used will be somewhat selective.

Downward compatible with 《Premature Burial》, which has a turn limit, a cost, a narrow resurrection range, and a negate effect.
Recent themes often have a dedicated resurrection, so I don't think I'll use this card because it's pretty tight.

One parody frame.
As you can see from the illustration and name, I am conscious of the current banned card, Premature Burial.
As for the effect, he still resurrects GY monsters, but instead comes with various troublesome conditions.
First of all, his LP cost is 1 card in hand, which is very expensive. What's more, it can only be revived if the level of the monster discarded from the hand is "lower", which makes it difficult to use Xyz and Link, or high-level Synchro and Fusion, and even more importantly, the card that was used as the hand cost is used as it is. It has a very strong habit of not being able to revive.
It's a little tough to get that far with resurrection with the effect negate.
It's easier to participate in battles and use as materials than Living Fossil, which has a similar range, but it's still lower than the hand cost level, so it's an impression that his deck can be greatly reduced.
It is also a headwind that the recent theme is to always have a dedicated resurrection card.

The reason 《Premature Burial》is prohibited is that it can be reused within the same turn. If turn 1 is errataed, it becomes a straight and unlimited course. Even so, with this card, you can only activate it on turn 1, but it requires a hand cost, and you can only revive monsters whose level is lower than the monster you used as the cost, and the effect will also be negate. obviously too much.

I think it's a wonderful card, like a cluster of possibilities.
It's more like shining in a combo rather than exploiting it.
The recent Banned and Restricted remake series is interesting

It's probably Overdone Burial with excessive decoration, but it's effectively an adjustment that overdoes Premature Burial.
First of all, you need a hand cost. Furthermore, even the effect is negate. There are three folds of restraint, and it is difficult to expect resurrected monsters as combat personnel.
If you want to use it, you'll need to simply revive it as a material for Synchro Xyz Link, or return this card to your hand to regain its effect while planning to reuse this card itself. It's not a card that can be used without any thought, it is required to use a bounce combo or use it in his sparsely leveled deck.
However, even if it seems like you'll be using it again, the cost of your hand will still follow...

Premature Burial》was banned and he didn't have a card that could revive him with Equip Spell. "Until now, we had 《Symbols of Duty》, but this one can be revived with just the cost of the hand, so it's quite convenient."
Costs and conditions can't be negate by effects, so 《Mist Valley Falcon》can be returned to your hand every time. You can also use 《Card Gunner》's GY Fertilizer because it's a cost.

The cost is heavy, the revival target tends to be narrow, Link and Xyz cannot be revived, and the effect negates him.
Since it is an Equip Spell, it is easy to search, and naturally it is excellent with self-bounce.
You can think of it as a combo-based card.

Resurrection Equip Spell, which is quick-acting because it is a spell, but requires a hand cost and is difficult to use when the effect is negate.
Since the range of monsters that can be revived is determined by referring to the level of the hand cost, it is difficult to use it for 4 Evite, which has a fixed level.
Even if you remove this card after being revived, the monster will not be removed, so the revived monster's negate effect will disappear, and if you bounce it, you can reuse it, so if you use this card, you want to use it with combos in mind.
You can also discard a monster that you want to discard a low-level tuner for the hand cost and revive it.
This card is difficult to use unless it's a combo premise, unlike the original story that went too far with a brutal combo and was buried.

It's an adjusted version of "Premature Burial" that was banned for overdoing it.
The danger of Equip Spell's resurrection has already been proven by 《Premature Burial》, but if the hand cost has a level limit, negate effect, and a limit on the number of times it can be used, it will be very difficult to use. Due to the level limit, Link Monsters can't actually be revived, and the levels need to be spread out to some extent.
As resurrection cards diversify, I think he has great potential as an Equip Spell, but is it a bit too restrictive? I think it has great versatility.

I would be happy if I could offer it♪
Since the original is a banned card, there are solid measures against abuse...
