It's an adjusted version of "Premature Burial" that was banned for overdoing it.
The danger of Equip Spell's resurrection has already been proven by 《Premature Burial》, but if the hand cost has a level limit, negate effect, and a limit on the number of times it can be used, it will be very difficult to use. Due to the level limit, Link Monsters can't actually be revived, and the levels need to be spread out to some extent.
As resurrection cards diversify, I think he has great potential as an Equip Spell, but is it a bit too restrictive? I think it has great versatility.
