I have all his Vylon in EX, but you can put in other cards if you pass around Sigma, Delta, Epsilon, and Midrash. By the way, if you remove Sigma, the main Trice and Mage will also be removed, and the main card will be 40, but the cost of Isolde will be questionable.
If you want to add in EX, I think Nephilim, Moon Flower Dragon, Red Archfiend Ztyrant, and general-purpose link would be good.
