The effect is powerful, but in the current environment, even if you get the Catastle effect, it's meaningless if it's dealt with by issuing an Xyz with a different attribute, or if it's removed on the return turn.
So if you think that you can kill only one enemy with 2500, you can use various effects other than removal + Ouroboros has a high RBI and the role overlaps, so I don't think there is a frame to adopt this card. It's best to use Gadget.
