I use Twi Lightsworn.

High RBI killer for Twi Lightsworn. Since its own RBI is a sufficient number for lower grades, it is a rather outrageous card that can handle up to 3000 RBI by itself just by excluding Level 4 monsters as a cost.
Of course, it can also be used to pass damage, so there are situations where you can use the effect as if it were a burn.
As for the cost of excluding, there are few situations where his GY manure has developed excessively, and the excluding card can also satisfy his Special Summon condition of Punishment Dragon. Due to the common effect, he drops only 2 cards to GY, but it's a good enough ability as a bonus.
