The resurrection target is narrow, but there is no turn limit, so if you use self-bounce, you can aim for further development and reuse. Continuous Spell Resurrection is weak against chain removal, but the 2 effect makes up for it to some extent.
2 is an easy condition that can be activated even if sent directly to GY in the search. This one also has few targets, but each has his Spell/Trap negate and not bad effects.
I think it's an excellent card with high combo potential.
