TRUE Spell has an effect that is good at ad recovery, so it is very convenient to be able to activate it from the Deck. Of course, you can Tribute Summon with the effect of TRUE Spell, so you can use it properly for deployment.
However, TRUE Spell basically does nothing during the opponent's turn, so it tends to be slightly inferior to Dynamite K, which can move bang bang even during the opponent's turn. It is also a headwind that Dynamite K has a higher status. Perhaps for that reason, 1 or 2 are used in the advanced axis TRUE, and sometimes they are not used.
However, it's not a weak card by any means, so if you want to use it, you can use it enough. If Dynamite K is good at moving during the opponent's turn, this one is good at recovering on your turn, so you can use it properly.
Also, he has Monarch status, so if you adopt that support, it might be a higher priority.
