Scale 13 is something unique to this card, and even after two years, no successors have appeared. However, due to the new master rule, the disadvantage of ``If you have a monster on your field, you cannot Pendulum Summon'' is very painful. It's attractive to be able to easily get 《Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon》out of your hand, but unless 《Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom》is banned like overseas, it's quicker to copy it. The effect when 《Supreme King Z-ARC》exists is completely a bonus. 《Supreme King Gate Zero》is adopted as a set with 《Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm》as Overlord Magician, but this one is completely uninvited.

It's a scale 13 P-card and has a lot of impact. Even the Timelord and Obelisk Osiris can be P-summoned.
However, like other high scales, it still has strong quirks.
If there is a monster on the field, it cannot be P Summoned and cannot be used with Link. If Zarc is on the field, the recovery effect can be used, but since it depends on the opponent's field, it is not stable and Zark has a good presence, so the disadvantage of the P-summoning limit resonates. I only use it when Zarc is in the P zone.
The monster effect is the XP version of Zero. It can be used as a fusion/link material and as a base for Zarc. If it is destroyed, it will head to the P zone, so it will mainly break the cards in the P zone.
If it's Magician, the P summon limit of this card is likely to affect the scale of 13 itself, which feels excessive.
He's level 10 or higher than Overlord Magician, so it's easier for him to go on a business trip with Wurm on Deck.

Scale 13 is finally here! Obelisk and Osiris can be P-summoned! His Pendulum effect supports Zark, and if there are monsters, he can't Pendulum Summon, but since he's also a combo card with Supreme King Zero, he can search from Darkwurm, so I think he's weaker than Zero, but strong.
