Kozmo is easier to reuse if he is removed, so the effect of returning him to GY is a disadvantage, and it is too heavy to pay for a plain burn.

Kozmo is a low-level psychic, so there are plenty of ways to deploy it.
The effect is like Kozmo's exclusive interdimensional burial with a burn, and since Kozmo itself is excluded and the effect is exerted, it should be easy to secure the target.
However, if you ask me if this is something that Kozmo should prioritize, I'll just tilt my head.
The excluded Kozmo has many things I want to reuse in basic police and meat. .
It can be a leading firepower in the final phase, but the single firepower itself is not high at all, and there are many other Kozmo that can get adverts, so I think it's a bit difficult to prioritize.

《Burial from a Different Dimension》for Kozmo.

Kozmo's "Burial from a Different Dimension" also comes with a weak burn.

Kozmo's GY utilization is pretty poor, and there's little need to send an exclusion card to his GY even after adopting this card.
For the time being, it has a transfer effect itself, so if you switch to Dark Eclipser, you can't say it's completely worthless, but I think Kozmo is strong enough even if you don't stick to Eclipser so far...

I think there was a monster with a similar effect in Malebranche of the Burning Abyss.
Kozmo, which uses the exclusion gimmick to the maximum, has many opportunities to activate, but the burn damage is too low. ATK isn't high either, so without my brain I can't think of a build that makes the most of this card.
