This is Kozmo who revives the meat that is returned. However, these are limited to psychics.
Psychic Kozmo is basically excluded because it connects to mechanical Kozmo, and compared to meat, the chances of activating it tend to be less.
I think it is necessary to pay attention to this card to some extent, such as sending resurrection targets with Ferblanc. Rather than catching it and actively connecting it to something, I feel that it is more of a counterattack when it is interrupted by removal or the like.
You can revive yourself without any restrictions on activating the same name, so if you do it well, you can do a lot of deployments that can be infinite loops. It is also blessed with emergency tele correspondence and darkness and specs.

It looks like a good matchup with Ferbrun, who can fertilize GY, but while Ferbrun wants to search his Machine, this card's ability to revive doesn't mesh with Psychic.
