An effect that reuses Level 1 and Level 8 monsters in the Extra Deck for both Monster Effect and Pendulum Effect. Both are very useful as they are difficult to reuse when going to the Extra Deck. Scale 8 with no disadvantages is also available in the new theme Abyss Actor.
I'm grateful to be able to add a level 1 Abyss Actor that cannot be P Summoned from Extras to my hand, and to release this card for a Special Summon.
