Even if it is an Effect Monster with a self-Special Summon effect, it is meaningless to have Dual even though it is a monster of a level that can hardly be used.
First of all, it takes a lot of effort to get him in dual status, and the effect you get is too much for a Defense Position-only resurrection that requires a hand cost. 《Silent Doom》is enough if you want various materials.
Even if you burn it with 《Burnout》, there is no reason to push out other low-end Chemicritter such as Oxyne Ox and Carbon Club. Especially with Carbon Club, if you attach 《Supervise》, you can use it as both search and fertilize her GY.
I do not recommend adopting this card unless you have a lot of feelings about it.
