Comprehensive evaluation: A Synchro Monster whose main purpose is to revive with 《Assault Blackwing - Sohaya the Rain Storm》and connect it to an accelerator synchro.
The effect is only the same as "Shield Wing".
If you want to use it as a wall, you can use a place with less consumption, so you can take advantage of the point of A Blackwing.
Since it's hard to prepare a level 1 tuner for Blackwing, I use a Doppel Token + 《Jet Synchron》and so on.
Although it is not useful by itself, it is useful for developing routes such as 《Shooting Quasar Dragon》.

Although there is no tuner designation, there is no good level 1 non-tuner in BF, so there is almost no chance to summon in BF unless you build it as you aim.
Therefore, there are few opportunities to activate the effect of turning into a tuner.
It is reasonable as a wall with low status and battle destruction up to 2 degrees, but in this era you can not expect a good place such as a wall with only combat resistance, and there is F1 at the same level that can compensate for the loss by drawing.
If you look only at the effect, Industrial Waste is a good place, but this card finds value in terms of ABF Synchro of Level 4 or lower, and by reviving with Sohaya, you can line up multiple Synchro Monsters.
If you line up additional synchros from there, it's easy to bring up to Delta Axel. The value of this tactic has increased as it has become more difficult to line up synchros since the new rules.
If you close your eyes to the pressure of EX, you can also play an active role as an assistant to summon Delta Accel. A card that should be used in decks that deal with low level S like Synchron instead of BF.

A low level ABF, ★2, is difficult to get out of a normal build, so I guess I'll put it in a build around Sohaya and Raikiri together with the stealer.

If you don't use BF as a material, it's just Shield Wing, but it shows its true value when used as BF.
ABF is all about tuner effects, so this card is not very important, but if you want to fine-tune Onimaru's level to take advantage of his ATK up, it's an option card.
That said, the only elements that surpass the formula that is a tuner with no restrictions on materials and can draw are the names and races of ABF. You can combo with Sohaya, but for that you want a 2-star synchro, which is hard to get with BF.
Other than tuning, it is highly suitable as a material for GBA. However, that's why S summoning...
