Although there is no tuner designation, there is no good level 1 non-tuner in BF, so there is almost no chance to summon in BF unless you build it as you aim.
Therefore, there are few opportunities to activate the effect of turning into a tuner.
It is reasonable as a wall with low status and battle destruction up to 2 degrees, but in this era you can not expect a good place such as a wall with only combat resistance, and there is F1 at the same level that can compensate for the loss by drawing.
If you look only at the effect, Industrial Waste is a good place, but this card finds value in terms of ABF Synchro of Level 4 or lower, and by reviving with Sohaya, you can line up multiple Synchro Monsters.
