I feel that it is a good card.
Although there is a cost, there is no need to worry about it because draw sources such as 《Magicians' Souls》, 《Soul Servant》, Black Magicians, and Proliferating G are easily adopted in Black Magician Decks.
However, the theme of Black Magician is excellent, and there are other cards that can be used in a very powerful combo, so there are many cases where there is no slot for this card.
The performance itself is not bad at all, so it is a card that I personally like.

All of these effects can only be activated during the opponent's turn, so whether it's deploying Bramagi or dealing with bulky magic circles or souls, you can do it with Souls, which is easier to use...
Since it can only be deployed from Deck, it is easy to compete with other support for resources.
I think it's a card with a strong habit. I have a feeling that if a card that goes well with it gets a lot of attention, it might get some sun.

As a means of calling Bramaghi during the opponent's turn, it is better to navigate with a rod or use 《Eternal Soul》.

Even though you can SS from the opponent's turn, if your stats are poor and you get hit by Veiler, you could be dead. There is also a way to escape with illusion magic, but it can lead to an accident when you bring a total of 3 bramages to the field and hand.
The priority is low because there are many ways to deploy other methods such as souls and coffins from decks than SS. Not at all.
