Jack Deck is a valuable level 4 non-tuner, and it can also function as a wall, so it's less likely to rot.
However, in the current era, there are so many removals other than destruction that you can't let your guard down. Due to the trigger, Red "Summoned Skull" cannot be used as a defense card in the preparation stage, and the evaluation is lowered because it is powerless against Counter Trap. The effect itself has many holes.
As a defensive method, it is desirable to use it in combination with Abyss, as it has somewhat uneasy performance.

You can give monsters on your field resistance to effect destruction against the activation of your opponent's effects, but it's not difficult to use if you have to have a "Red Archfiend" monster. In the current environment where removal methods other than effect destruction have increased, it's lonely to have only effect destruction resistance. At the very least, if there was a battle destruction resistance grant, I could still consider adopting it.

The value increases with the appearance of Rising, and even with 3 stacks, as long as you have Red Archfiend, the card will protect the monsters on the field from destruction.
It doesn't deal with things other than destruction such as elimination and bounce, but let's protect that with the Abyss.
He's level 4 and has 2000 defense, so it's possible to buy some time, use level 6 synchro from Resonance, and even search him with the Resonator engine.
It's useful in various ways, but it's weak point is that it rots in your hand because it's not stable to play the essential Red Archfiend, but that's not because this card is bad.

A handsome Gardner that prevents effect destruction with hand triggers.
However, in recent duels, bounces, exclusions, and combat destruction are rampant to break through destruction resistance, and the usefulness of this effect isn't as high as it used to be.
Even so, there is no reason for the hand trigger resistance to be weak. If you can get Red Archfiend into play quickly, it's an easy card to use.
The fact that you can protect other cards as long as you have Red Archfiend is a nice element
