Its level is a little high, but its monsters and P-effects are excellent, so it won't spoil even if you put it quietly in a high-level variety Deck.

The advantage is that the salvage target of the P effect can be anything as long as it is level 7 or higher.

A king bear with an excellent salvage effect.
It seems to be intended for use against Odd-Eyes and Slyhand, but it may be able to compete with Herald of Creation as a card that can salvage any top-level monster. This is slow, but does not require summoning rights and hand cost.
Even as a monster, an advanced attacker who can hit 2300 points per turn and is not destroyed by his Spell Trap is a reasonable level a long time ago. The numbers on the scale aren't bad either.
It feels more like a versatile card that can be used in a variety of his decks rather than an option for EM who need to explore new tactics.

The end phase and timing are late, but you can salvage monsters of level 7 or higher from the Extra Deck and GY. GY monsters do not need to be P monsters, so flexible operation is possible. The Pendulum Scale is also not bad at 7.
