The status is quite low, but it's not bad because the Pendulum exclusive scrap iron effect also supports itself.
However, it is easy to deal with because it is exposed.
It is one of the few cards that can reach a scale of 9 or higher among cards that do not have restrictions on P summoning.
However, since it can only be raised by 1 per turn and its own scale is 3, it takes 2 turns just to raise it to 5 to use it for the purpose of high scale, so frankly speaking, it is not practical.

《Scrap-Iron Scarecrow》effect is not bad. However, the P effect itself is subtle. The P scale goes up by 1 from 3, but it takes 4 turns to reach 7.
