Conditions are very tough.
If you don't manage to get Abyss and Belial up before activating it, it will rot, and on top of that, he has to have an RD in GY and an RD on the field...
Just excluding it and treating it as a card with the same name is not enough.
RD is incompatible because it has an effect that depends on his GY.
The PP recording is just a frame break with a level card that appears as a normal new in the HSR pack.
