What is the fucking card of the year...
It's an event where the most shit (in a bad way) of the year is selected from each of the Monster, Spell, Trap, and Extra categories.
Sometimes in 2010 and 2011, shit cards were mass-produced, and there were many grand prize-level cards, making it difficult to settle.
Also included in this Deck are the "Legendary Fuck Cards" from before 2006.
