The purpose of vaccines is to create immunity, which is called resistance to damage.
Not only is the effect subtle, but the card name and effect don't match well, so it's a card that doesn't leave a good impression.

However, the most important thing to keep in mind when using this kind of card is that if you take damage that will bring you to the end of the game, you will be killed without a chance to activate it.
Therefore, if it's a damage negate, I think it's better to use Rainbow LP without sparing the cost of your hand, or at least Draining Shield.
I don't know what it's like to be a Super Z physical strength enhancer for a useless modification...
