Playing

Use 《Card of the Soul》to search for 《The Legendary Fisherman III》!
《A Hero Lives》→Drink Bubbleman Special Summon,《Red Medicine》and make your LP 4500.
Here, you can activate 《Card of the Soul》and search for Sansei with 2500 ATK and 2000 DEF!
If you have 《Transmodify》, you can Special Summon Fisherman from Bubbleman!

Strength

I thought Sansei Saatchi was cool from 《Card of the Soul》, so I thought about it!
Start with no LP depleted!
Don't let your opponent reduce your LP until you have all the parts.
First, halve your own LP with Hero Alive, 《Solemn Judgment》, 《Wall of Revealing Light》, etc.
Recover 500 points from there, and activate Card of the Soul to search for Sansei!
After that, summon the (planned) Fisherman in your hand and play Sansei!
When you have 2000 LP, you can search for Bubbleman!
Fisherman and his Fishborg are the basics to drop from 《Skreech》.
If you have 《The Warrior Returning Alive》, you can drop Sansei!
From 《King's Consonance》, you can return LP to 4000 with 《Life Stream Dragon》!
