It belongs to Junk and Kuriboh, but not if the main effect is only damage meta.
Even if you block an effect that deals damage, you can still use the next damage effect.
《Hanewata》seems to be enough.

However, its meta target is Burn, which tends to be limited and highly dependent on the other party.
There are various cards in the burn meta, especially Em Juggler, which can prevent battles damage and is far behind in terms of versatility.
As a differentiating point, he has the name Junk, and can be activated even on the field with a low-level machine. Even Junk can be revived with Junk Ron, 141, Lord Warrior and Reproduction Art are also supported and blessed with support.
However, it's low stats mean it's easy to destroy, and honestly, it's hard to make the most of it.
Selling is weaker than other burn metas, so you can't give it too much priority.

A card that specializes in burn meta. As for the effect itself, "LP Coordinator" is stronger because it can react to effects that damage the opponent, but since this can be activated on the field, it can be reused by reviving it with Call of the Haunted. However, at this low stat, you won't be able to make use of that advantage. It can deal with 《Machine Duplication》, but its own effect tends to be meaningless, so it can't be said to be a very good matchup.

I was born with a backward compatibility with jugglers, but I managed to avoid being overwhelmed by the darkness because I was banned and sent over there.
Like 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》, the effect can be activated from the field, but Machine doesn't have a surprise attack like Kintele, so all you can do is wake it up and stare at it.
If you use it as a hand trigger, LP Coordinator, which can stop the flow of Crown Blade and can't be blocked by macros, is better, so it's still a pain.
In the first place, the effect damage meta itself is niche.
