In short, it's a super fusion... but it doesn't have the very powerful bonus effect of chain sealing.
The difference from super fusion is that the fusion destination is bound and you can chain, but you don't have to discard your hand, you can use fusion materials from your hand, and you can salvage and search.
I honestly think it's correct to have both.
Although it is completely dependent on Buster Dragon, the movement of ripping the opponent and setting up a fusion bus shake and punching with penetration is very powerful.

If you have a wrecking dragon in play, you can even make it work like a super fusion if you have Buster Blader ready. It's not difficult at all to prepare Buster Blader with the effect of Destroyer Dragon.
The problem is that the dragon-destroying swordsman that comes out is a card that doesn't work well.
Black Paladin can also be put out, but it tends to yield to 《The Eye of Timaeus》.
