Level 2 DARK Beast and the status is quite blessed, but the effect is dead. It would have been strong if it could have sealed the EX monster zone, but the monster zone seems to refer to the main monster zone, so its sealing ability isn't that strong. However, fortunately for the "Level 2 DARK Beast" mentioned above, I think we can expect some degree of synergy with "Ojama".

Among zone-sealed monsters, as a Pendulum effect, it can also target the opponent's Spell/Trap (in other words, his Pendulum zone), so it's plain but reasonably high performance.
The reprint makes it easier to understand, but be aware that his Pendulum effect can only be used once per turn.

Both monster effects and pendulum effects are "once per turn".
"Standby Phase" and "End Phase" are quite common.
