Instead, you can salvage "Destruction Sword" monsters with the effect of ③, so you want to use it well. 《Buster Blader》is required in your hand, but with 《Buster Whelp of the Destruction Swordsman》, you can easily fulfill the conditions with Bass Blur Special Summon, which is a companion dragon release effect from search. Although it is an effect that chooses the opponent too much, it is the one that should be prioritized even though it is inferior to Dragon Buster Blade because it hits the opponent the best.

Destruction Sword that only GY has 《Soul Drain》.
If it can be used in conjunction with the Dragon Buster Blade, a fairly strong system will be in place.
《Soul Drain》itself is a card that chooses a few opponents, so I can't say anything about it as a card to prepare in advance.
Rather, it may exist to use the salvage effect in the latter half, but Trap says that Buster Blader is necessary for that as well.
