I think that the monster effect (2) is excellent because it increases the summoning right.
It's a high-level monster, but the "Symphonic Warrior" Deck has a lot of P-monsters, so I don't think there's a problem with P-summoning.

He is high in the sound category, with ATK, 《Double Summon》effect, excellent Pendulum Scale and P effect, and high specs. It doesn't support Gear Gigant X, but the search is effective even with Sizas.
