I think it's become plainer over time.
By preparing two copies of Hao Shiryu in the EX Deck, you can now choose between Vortex or Supreme King Dragon Starve Venom.
In the latter case, since Shiryu is down, you can at least absorb the effect of the opponent's monster and his ATK to penetrate the defense. I copied it twice because it's important.

I'm building a Magician Deck, but it's fairly easy to use. Solitaire After playing Solitaire, you can use it to free up space with a few satisfying moves, so I don't think the restrictions are too much trouble. However, when I think about the second effect when I'm outnumbered, there will be some stressful scenes where I can't clear the restrictions, so I can't say it's a perfect score. Really, it would have been better if it didn't say, "There are no monsters in my field."

Everyone is so underrated.
Certainly, it is an effect of dragon binding + extra fusion with strict conditions added to normal fusion. However, being able to search with 《Sky Iris》is a big attraction.
Vortex, which has high control power, and Rune Eyes, which has a one-hit kill effect, can be used against monsters with the strongest Wyarm (although it cannot be extra-fused) if you feel like it.
And the reason for my high evaluation was that his Odd-Eyes Deck didn't match the fusion very well. With the advent of this card, Terafo -> Iris -> Opp or this card, combined with the appearance of Vortex, has become very convenient. If you put a Pendulum on the field, fuse it, and activate Iris again, you can fuse it on the next turn, and I think it's changed his Pendulum fusion from before.

Fusion summon using an extra monster. Since it's a subspecies of Deck fusion, the restrictions are strict.
For normal use, it's just a dragon-only fusion, so I'd like to use his extra Odd-Eyes as an additional effect. If you put Supreme King Black Dragon and his other Odd-Eyes in your extras, you can create a powerful Vortex without any preparation.
However, the condition is dependent on the other party and the field must be empty, making it difficult to satisfy.
Also, except for Vortex, the point that the material is not complete with only extras also lowers the evaluation.
In the first place, is this card necessary for a P Deck that collects materials on the field by P summoning?
It can be searched with 《Sky Iris》, and it can be appreciated that it can produce a unique monster called Dragoequites.

Am I the only one who thinks that there is no limit to the number of monsters, and the situation where the opponent is there and you are not?
If you can't meet the conditions, it's almost the same as a dragon's mirror without exclusion.
Even if you put it in... I think it's fine with a pin.

If you use Pendulum Monster as a material, you can relax the limit of 15 sheets, but it is not compatible with the nature of Pendulum.

It's said to be the centerpiece of this game, but... it's true that this card has high synergy with Magician, but...
The first effect alone is a normal fusion spell, so I'd like to take advantage of the ability to use the extra deck's Odd-Eyes as a fusion material.
Especially if you have the Xyz P monster, Supreme King Kokuryu, you can descend Vortex without consuming any resources.
Rune Eyes, which was difficult to put out, can be put out with only Magician in your hand and Odd-Eyes P in the Extra Deck, so maybe it will be a little easier.

With this condition, depending on the monster effect, there is a high possibility that the opponent has created a system where he can easily suppress about 1 Fusion Monster. That's why Vortex with bounce and Rune Eyes with multiple attacks can be said to shine...
Personally, I think it's going to come out eventually and the evaluation will settle down, but I wonder if it's a naive read.
