《Underworld Ritual of Prediction》can handle all "Prediction Princess" Ritual Monsters and can be Ritual Summoned from GY.
However, I think the biggest strength of this card is that it supports 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》.

《Pre-Preparation of Rites》is a Ritual Spell that is strong in pulling out Tarot Rei from his deck, and other than that, 《Underworld Ritual of Prediction》generally has better performance.
Vibrio Musa, an excellent monster that can be searched with the GY effect, is a big deal, but with Darkness, you can set it directly on the field.
However, I think that the effect set for her GY effect is search, which is excellent for a Ritual Spell that is easy to consume.

It's a dedicated Ritual Spell, but "Tarot Ray" and "Advanced Ritual Art" aren't compatible, so this is basically used. "Shaddoll" is recommended for release. The search effect in the second half is also powerful, but there are many monsters that have strong quirks in "Prediction Princess" itself, so it's a good idea to change the search target according to the situation.

Tarot Rei's exclusive Ritual Spell also comes with a beneficial effect that recovers the disadvantage of ritual summons. I feel like Arrowsylph and Crystal Undine are crying tears of blood because of that effect, but is that okay?
Tarot Ray's level is 9, so disadvantages are easy to expand, but even if you subtract that, I still want to give priority to this Deck concept. Another point is that if you use 《Magical Hats》, you can search for two tarot rays to minimize the disadvantage of the ritual.

Tarot Rei's ritual summoning requires level 9, so in Prediction Princess, it's painful to have to release 3 bodies without using Crystal Undine. Tribute will have a hard time even with a generic reverse deck if you don't use the Forbidden Pot.
Even so, Tarot Ray itself is a monster that can be used with Reverse, and from the usefulness of the second half effect, I would like to use this rather than 《Advanced Ritual Art》.
It's a pity that you can't search in the turn sent to GY, but Petal Elf with strong attack deterrence ability, Ouija Morrigan with combo ability, and Coin Norma, which requires deployment, are not a bad lineup.
