With the advent of cards like 《Red-Eyes Soul》and 《Red-Eyes Alternative Black Dragon》, the range of costs has expanded and it has become easier to use. It's true that I can't search with , but if I can search, I think it's too strong, so I feel like it's just right.

A card that suffers from the fact that you can't use it unless you have a level 7 Red Eye in your hand, but having a level 7 Red Eye in your hand is almost the same as a card accident.
If you think of it as something like a card exchange without loss and a mausoleum that activates at the same time, it seems to be strong, but when it comes to the hand, there are few level 7 Red Eyes that do not spoil. I want to keep the number to a minimum.
If that happens, the chances of activating it will decrease...at least if this card itself had Red-Eyes in its name, it would be included in the Insight search target and become easier to handle.
Since most of the Red-Eyes monsters are useless as an initial move, the more cards you put in, the weaker the Deck. Until the day when we have a few more level 7 Red-Eyes with useful effects like Sub-Dragon, I probably won't put this card in my deck. Being able to use 《Red-Eyes Soul》is a big tailwind, but other than Fricheburn, it's not a big deal...(That one point is super strong)
The average number of pins in the deck is 3, and 6 at most. If it continues to rot until it is referred to as a reference, it is weak even as a top blur, and it can only be an accident factor, so there is too little reason to include it. With this activation condition, even if Recruit is attached, it's innocent.
What is written is strong. The problem is that the associated card is weak...

A special treasure card for Red Eyes.
The fact that you can draw while sending Red Eyes, which has many resuscitation support, to her GY, and that he also comes with GY fattening and has no particular disadvantages, is a perfect score.
However, the drawback is that there are surprisingly few Level 7 Red Eyes, which are cost targets.
Among them, the two that will be mainly adopted for Red Eyes are the main family and the Black Flame Dragon, and these cards are basically not fully adopted. It's about a 4-sheet system of 3 + 1. Too few cards to allow for cost-specified hand swaps.
Crimson Eyes has plenty of search methods, but GY has even more ways to fertilize. I tend to send cards directly to GY from Recruit's or his Deck, and even if they come to my hand, I often want to use them for other purposes, such as being deployed as is or becoming a fusion material.
The fact that this card itself does not have the Red-Eyes name is also a bottleneck.
Far from reducing accidents, it could increase the accident rate, and looking at the whole thing, it is not something that can be given a perfect score.
It's probably a card that's difficult to use with the current Red Eyes, but I think it has potential in the future as Red Eyes is blessed with new releases.

A red-eyed special treasure card.
I would like to give a near perfect score if it's just what's written because I can exchange cards and increase his GY, but there are very few types of level 7 Red-Eyes. Even if it's content, it's all about undead, Sin, Dual and Toon. Although the effect changes, the existence of a card called 《Red-Eyes Insight》that can GY Fertilize & Search is also severe.
In the future, if more new ones come out, or...

Red-Eyes exclusive hand exchange.
Even though it's only at level 7, it's an excellent support that can also fertilize his GY from the deck.

A card exchange card that has the effect of drawing two cards, which is becoming familiar. However, the specification is rather strict, only level 7 "Red-Eyes", so there are very few compatible monsters. The accident rate is high compared to similar hand exchange cards. Still, unlike 《Sacred Sword of Seven Stars》, it's not a bad card for [Red-Eyes Black Dragon] because it's sent to GY. As a bonus, her GY fertilization effect can be connected to the resurrection system and "Dragon's Mirror", and it's not mandatory, so it's good.

As a two-draw promise, the cost requirement is a little tight.
However, since he can also fertilize GY, the reward is enough, and in addition, it was good that there were no disadvantages. (If there was, everyone would use seven stars)
Whether or not you put it in the deck depends on the person, but if you use the Black Steel Dragon's search effect, it will be easier to activate to some extent. It's also somewhat dependent on the other party, but the effect itself is strong, so I personally think it's possible.

As if Sacred Sword of Seven Stars wasn't enough, they even created a special treasure card. If he can activate it, he can send two Red-Eyes to GY and draw two, but the narrowness of the target is a drawback. If you can activate it, you can earn a lot of ads, so please use a Deck that stacks the original Red-Eyes and the Black Flame Dragon.

The writing itself is undeniably strong, strong, but...
There are surprisingly few Red-Eyes at level 7. Currently, there are four bodies: the main family, the black flame dragon, and the immortal dragon and Sin Red Eyes.
Moreover, Immortal Dragon and Sin are difficult to incorporate into his normal Red-Eyes, and the target cards are even more limited.
In addition, since there are cards such as 《Red-Eyes Fusion》and Mausoleum that can be knocked down directly into GY, there is a risk that this card may cause an accident.
What you write is strong, but in actual combat...? Is there a risk that it will become a card called

The effect is powerful, but the range is narrow anyway
However, red eyes are easy to search and salvage, so there are surprisingly few scenes where they rot.
The thing that bothers me the most is that he's level 6 and doesn't support Archfiends and wyverns.
Red-Eyes may increase again in a few years from now, so there is a possibility of disguise

The duelist was astonished at the special treasure card.
If you write 1:1 exchange 2 draws + GY manure refill, it's strong, but if you write that both targets are some level 7 dragons that you can't even use one hand's fingers, it's a bit subtle.
I would like to drop black flames and vanilla black dragons, but I'm worried that black stones and special fusions that go through the deck are not compatible. …It goes well with Kuroishi's late effects.
