A card that suffers from the fact that you can't use it unless you have a level 7 Red Eye in your hand, but having a level 7 Red Eye in your hand is almost the same as a card accident.
If you think of it as something like a card exchange without loss and a mausoleum that activates at the same time, it seems to be strong, but when it comes to the hand, there are few level 7 Red Eyes that do not spoil. I want to keep the number to a minimum.
If that happens, the chances of activating it will decrease...at least if this card itself had Red-Eyes in its name, it would be included in the Insight search target and become easier to handle.
Since most of the Red-Eyes monsters are useless as an initial move, the more cards you put in, the weaker the Deck. Until the day when we have a few more level 7 Red-Eyes with useful effects like Sub-Dragon, I probably won't put this card in my deck. Being able to use 《Red-Eyes Soul》is a big tailwind, but other than Fricheburn, it's not a big deal...(That one point is super strong)
The average number of pins in the deck is 3, and 6 at most. If it continues to rot until it is referred to as a reference, it is weak even as a top blur, and it can only be an accident factor, so there is too little reason to include it. With this activation condition, even if Recruit is attached, it's innocent.
What is written is strong. The problem is that the associated card is weak...
