EM is usually set up as a P Deck, so the ratio of monsters is high, and it's not so much that he draws only Spell Traps when returning monsters. Rather, it's more of a card exchange to quickly draw Pen Magic or Joker, and if you draw them and his deck rotates and your hand is abundant, you can return the excess EM and draw a removal Spell Trap. My impression is that the card is not as bad as the current evaluation.

A card that should be called "Magical Mallet" in the "EM" version. However, the merit is that the hand does not decrease thanks to the +1 card draw. On the other hand, only "EM" monsters can be returned, and there are not many "EM" that I want to return so much at the moment, so the practicality is surprisingly low. It's a card with a future, but if the current direction of "EM" continues, it's unlikely that it will be used forever.
