To put it simply, Battlin' Boxer-exclusive 《Honest》costs 1 Battlin' Boxer monster.
However, for some reason, it also comes with an extra bonus that takes damage equal to her ATK from the opponent's monster.
If you don't put it in a situation where you don't receive effect damage, it will self-destruct first.
And if you want to go that far, it might be better to simply try to weaken the opponent's monsters with 《Shrink》or something like that.
