However, with this alone, it would be unreasonable to include Hope in his normal Deck. Mostly for Hope Deck only. If anything, it will be prioritized over Hope Ray, which does not support Quick Chaos and has strict conditions for activating effects, and is valuable as one of the few Hopes that can be removed outside of battle.
I've recently felt that it's a little over 2500, which is pretty big, and being able to beat 2500 even when receiving Veiler Breathle is a strength that Lightning doesn't have. Pleiades that runs out of materials, Infinity with 2 materials, and Lightning with less than 2 materials are seen quite often, so there were times when I thought I should have used more One instead of Rei.

When building with a HOPE Deck, choose between HOPE Ray and HOPE ONE depending on the deck type.
Hope Ray has a high kill performance, but he needs LP manipulation. Also, some ZWs are designated as Hope Lay or CNo.
On the other hand, Hope ONE easily satisfies the conditions of LP operation, but can only do one-shot reversal, and furthermore, the kill performance is low and the RBI is 10 higher. And some ZWs cannot be equipped, but because they are not CNo, it is possible to receive benefits such as Rank-Up-Magic Quick Chaos.
The Hope Deck has many supports that increase counters and accelerate draws every time you Special Summon, and Hope ONE is easier to handle if you take advantage of them.
