You can remove the set card by lowering the warrior's RBI, making it easy to use as a dew.
With Noble Knight, you can cancel out the RBI that you lost by re-equipping.
Other than Noble Knight, it is easy to use as a general-purpose equipment frame for Isolde's cost personnel, and it can be equipped to a warrior to be used as a material, and it can be connected to each summoning method, and if it is D-HERO, you can aim for a combo with Dystopia.
The performance as a mere face-down removal is subtle, but it is possible to use it uniquely with equipment and it is fully possible to differentiate it. I think it's a very versatile piece of equipment.

It is powerful to be able to remove the opponent's back every turn. In the current environment, monsters are rarely set, so Spell / Trap destruction is probably the main use. It's one of the must-have cards in Noble Knight (for some reason it's rated low here, but maybe the information war has already started!?)

If Artorius, King of the Noble Knights, can remove most of the Spell Traps, so he will inevitably be in charge of exposing other monsters before Xyz. If you use him as a material, it doesn't matter if his ATK goes down.
