Spell burn meta also applies to you, so Sargasso can send him to GY at the same time as Sargasso's burn activation. It has some versatility, but not all burn decks are based on his spells, so its performance as a meta card is poor.
It has the effect of searching for Sargasso, but he needs to be sent to GY from the set, and although there is a possibility of getting an ad, there are many exclusions and bounces in this era, so I don't want to use it too much.
If you send it yourself, it usually costs money, and there are better ways to search.
Both this card and the all-important Sargasso are highly dependent on opponents, and their effects are subtle.
I think it's worth hiring only when you want to bite Dol Beneta.
