If you can activate it when there is only 1 card left in the Deck, the next top draw will be the card you returned, but the situation is too limited and it's not good to aim for it.
As a card that returns spells to the Deck, it's better to use something like The Transmigration Prophecy, which can be used flexibly because the activation timing is limited to when an attack is declared.
