His Evilswarm like a real catch. Evilswarm isn't very good at fertilizing GY, so it's hard to move in the first hand, but it's not a meta-oriented deck that can be deployed at high speed, so if you're careful with your play, you shouldn't have to worry about it.
As for the release reduction effect, it's almost a bonus since it's not a good idea to use advanced Evilswarm. Even in Steelswarm, Tribute Summon often asks for Steelswarm, so it's not good here either.
Is it an advantage to be blessed in terms of race? It's more of a counterattack, but I think it's one that will do an excellent job in Evilswarm.
