Attack response Continuous Trap. If it's just the first half effect, it's Negate Attack, which is easily disrupted, and the second half effect isn't very influential either. 《Negate Attack》+ battle position change lock.
It's possible to use it in a combo with 《Stumbling》, but since there are tons of traps that respond to attacks, there's little point in using this plain card.
It can also be used as a gold conversion cost, but it doesn't always work out that well...

Slowed 《Negate Attack》+ Seal of battle position change.
Since the attack position is fixed when being attacked, it becomes a hindrance if the latter effect is used as a defensive card.
If you use it with 《Stumbling》, it will become a rather nasty card, but it's not a card that can be used to that extent.
