Comprehensive evaluation: Strong is strong, but it is difficult to put out.
If you're going to fusion summon, it's better to use 《Cyberdark Chimera》and use GY's 《Cyber Ogre》instead of from your hand.
His ATK will be 5200 by strengthening with 《Power Bond》, and you can expect about 7000 by adding half of ATK.
Other ways to put it out are a bit subtle, like "Cyber Ogre" can be fused with "Fusion Deployment" or searched with "Infinitrack River Stormer", or can be supported with "The Earth - Hex-Sealed Fusion".
However, if you have 《Cyber Ogre》in your hand and on the field, you can also use its effect, lowering the priority.
Considering the points you can get from Cyberdark Chimera and ATK, it's not a bad blow.
