It's a permanent that can turn the water in your hand into a Crow, but it tends to consume a lot of money and doesn't really earn any direct add. Preparing the cost itself is not so difficult because of the existence of salvage.
The same can be said for other sealed spells, but since it's a Continuous Trap, it's advantage is that it can be reused, but it's visible, so it's vulnerable to removal.
In the end, if there is a slot to use this card, I think it would be better to dodge Crow and prioritize Grave.

《Sinister Serpent》was errataed and restricted.
1. Activate water release during the standby phase. Sinister Serpent to his GY.
2. Activate Sinister Serpent effect. Put yourself in his hand from GY.
If you repeat this, you can use the exclusion effect every turn.
(Because it is the opponent's end phase that is excluded, and if he is not in GY at that time, the disadvantage can be avoided)
I don't think it's as attractive as the "exclude all his GY in the standby phase" before the errata.
Weakness is Handes. And, of course, an exclusion card.

His WATER in hand turns into his D/D Crow.
The problem is that you can only make a surprise attack once.
These effects are visibly meaningless.
After all, D/D Crow would be fine.

《T.A.D.P.O.L.E.》can be used as a cost.
Since it doesn't come into play, it's worth 1 DD Crow just like Katon.
Katon is strong because he uses his GY ad, but even with salvage, it looks like DD Crow's deterioration no matter how hard he tries.
Moreover, there are quite a few people who want to use his WATER in their hand as a cost due to the effects of 《Swap Frog》.
I have a feeling that this is the one that will eventually come out after thinking about various things...

If you combine it with Loveka and her Fishborg Gunner, you can expect some results, but it doesn't have surprise attacks, so it's not as good as D.D. Crow.
It's difficult to maintain, but there is also the existence of 《Card Ejector》that can be removed every turn at no cost, and the half-baked smell is amazing.

The disgusting thing about 《Sealing Ceremony of Mokuton》is that you can escape by escaping and then you can exclude it.
