However, if GY doesn't have a Trap card, he has 《The Phantom Knights of Shade Brigandine》that can be activated immediately, so if you treat him as a Level 4 Warrior monster, that's better. It is one of the Trap monsters, and since it is summoned by a Warrior monster whose activation condition is Level 4 or lower, it is conspicuously slow for a Trap that is used face down once.
Also, since it's only the same level as the lower class, if it's just to use it as material for Xyz and Synchro at the most major level 4, Swamp and Quantity Kitten are more convenient in terms of status.
As much as the level adjustment is effective, it is still possible for him to be a Warrior-centric, especially if he wants to put out a rank 3 or so, if it is a Deck, but I feel that procuring materials with Trap monsters is too old-fashioned these days.

Xyz summoning can be done immediately, but there is a turn lag because it is a trap.
If you want to Xyz immediately, 《Marauding Captain》and 《Goblindbergh》will do just fine.
