Comprehensive evaluation: Is there a way to use it if it secures the link material?
There are so many uses for it, such as issuing Fairy-designated Link Monsters, securing the release of 《Voltanis the Adjudicator》, and walls.
It's a bit difficult to balance the deck as a whole, as you also need to secure a Counter Trap that issues tokens.
Repeatedly P-summoning "Guiding Ariadne" to search for a Counter Trap, or drawing with "Bountiful Artemis", if you want to secure an advantage, it won't work well if either of them is lacking.
With Counter Trap, which is easy to activate, it is easy to put out tokens, but the restraint on the opponent is weak.

Since there is no turn limit and it reacts not only to your own but also to the opponent's counter, it can be a counter recovery by the opponent to some extent.
In addition to increasing the number of ways to utilize tokens through link materials, there are also synergies with monsters such as Voltenis and Ark Parshath, which can be the ace of Permi.
It's strong once it hits, but it's highly dependent on combos, so I get the impression that it's a card for experts.

Tokens have become more important thanks to Link, but Decks that use Counter Trap to benefit from this card may run out of Spell/Trap Zones, especially due to God Realm and Ariadne, and this card may even run out of space. Adopting is a tough place if you include the accident of the hand.

I can put a wall of tokens in the field, but it's not like Artemis recovering the lost add.
Nonetheless, this card is quite compatible with Voltemis. It might be interesting to use him as a deck because he keeps hitting counters.
