The search target is wide and useful, and the Resonator itself is his Deck, which is good at synchronizing using multiple tuners, so activation itself is relatively easy.
Even in the Rezone Deck, there are useful search targets such as King Furai and Splinter, and compared to the initial release, the non-tuner side is level 4, which has largely been resolved by increasing the card pool.
However, the cost of returning him to the deck doesn't work well with his Resonator's support, making it difficult to use Rising Carpet's resurrection target and Synchrone's recovery effect. Although it's relatively easy, it's difficult to activate immediately on the first turn, which makes it a little difficult to use.
It's a search card with a wide range of targets, but I think it's a pretty quirky card.

Searching for any level 4 monster is fine, but returning two GY "Resonator" monsters is a pretty tough activation condition. Resonator itself is not very compatible with level 4, and it is difficult to say whether there is a level 4 monster that you want to use this card to search for.

At level 4, you can search anything... sounds good.
But what you want in a deck that uses a resonator is a level 5 search...
It is also a bottleneck that 《Red Carpet》becomes difficult to use due to consumption of GY ad.
Even so, the wide search range is guaranteed, so there's nothing you can't do without it...probably.
Is Apocatequil, which can be level 5 with its own effect, or his Wind-Up force?
