It is his Deck of Synchro Summoning Axis using DT theme Fabled.
There is a basic base of "discard from hand", and since this can be activated by a cost (《Raigeki Break》etc.), it is attractive that there are various options depending on the card you use.
However, due to the above, it's a deck that doesn't have a clear answer, so I think it's important to understand the essence of each card and find your own Fabled.
Please note that this Deck can be used under Master Rule 3, so it cannot be used at this time (new master), so please consider it as a base for Fabled.

Strength
