Overall Rating: Important as a deployable non-tuner.
There is also "The Fabled Cerburrel" that comes out under the same conditions, and that one is a tuner and has a slightly higher level of 2.
However, this has the advantage of issuing 《Formula Synchron》or leading to 《Relinquished Anima》, making it easy to differentiate.
Synchro summoning 《The Fabled Unicore》in combination with 《Fabled Kushano》is also very useful.

It's a simple effect, and there are other cards in his Fabled that have similar effects.
However, each of them has its strengths and weaknesses, and its selling point is that it is level 1, which makes it easy to adjust the level as an S material.
It feels unattractive, but I think there is enough room for adoption depending on the construction.
