It's pretty difficult to handle in that you can't use its effect if you remove it for a cost, and there aren't many cards that can trigger it.
On top of that, it's hard to connect to an advantage just by exchanging cards.
If exchanging cards is useful, it's about "Allure of Darkness", and there are some "Gold Sarcophagus" and "Aloof Lupine" as well, but it's easier to earn ads if you use a different card as the exclusion target.

It's a low-level darkness/machine that's blessed with support, and it can be activated by excluding it from anywhere without turn restrictions.
In fact, due to the optional effect of "time", the decks that are compatible with it are quite limited.
It's Cyber, but it's darkness, so it's hard to share support with Sidera.
It's a weak card on its own, and I feel like it's a very difficult card to handle.

It doesn't look like it's a bad idea to do a mini slaughter if you're excluded. The problem is that it's an effect that can be activated arbitrarily, so it's a pity that it's easy to miss the timing.
